About the project

Project management web application developed as a team to address an internal need. Facing the limitations of existing tools like Jira or Linear, considered too complex or poorly adapted to our workflow, we designed a custom solution. The app allows tracking project progress, efficiently distributing tasks, and having a clear view of priorities. I contributed to the development, working on both user interfaces on the frontend and server-side features on the backend.

The challenge

The main challenge was designing a tool that truly meets our needs without reproducing the complexity of existing solutions. Finding the right balance between ease of use and feature richness was key. Working as a team on this project helped me develop my collaboration and shared code management skills.
